Cost of worldwide shipping

The cost of each shipment will be calculated and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase for approval provided by the customer before confirming the payment and will mainly depend on destination:

  • Spain (excluding Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla): 5 euros
  • Madrid Express – Delivery in 2 hours (just inside M30): 9 euros
  • Europe and Baleares: 15 euros
  • Canarias: 20 euros
  • Rest of the world: 25 euros

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Important note: Please be aware that zubi does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country or zone your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country or zone.

*”Express Delivery” and “Picked up at the store” are not available in August


Delivery dates

Orders are prepared at the time that payment has been confirmed and at the following times:

  • Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 h

Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

Products ordered at ZUBI online store are sent by urgent courier. The shipping times are:

  • Spain – from 1 to 2 working days
  • Express Madrid (inside M30) – 2 hours
  • Rest of the world – from 3 to 5 working days

Our goal is your complete satisfaction as a customer. To proceed with the return of an item purchased at the online store, you must send us an email to no later than 15 working days from receipt of the product, explaining the reason for the return to help us to improve.

In case of a national purchase, we will arrange a pickup of the parcel, that must be in the same conditions as delivered (original labels, complete packaging and invoice), at the addressed provided. Once the parcel arrived to Zubi, it must be checked and if everything is ok we will send you an email confirming the refund.

If it is an international purchase, you are responsible for the returned of the product. It must be returned in their original condition, along with any accessories related thereto and may not be used, washed or damaged. They must keep their original labels, complete original packaging and attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order. The product must be sent to the following address: ZUBI, Calle Zurbano 22, 28010, Madrid, Spain, Telf: +34 619405919 / +34 91 039 20 39. Once the parcel arrived to Zubi, it must be checked and if everything is ok we will send you an email confirming the refund.

Important note: Until we receive the item in our showroom is at your own risk. We recommend you to ship the item by courier or registered post and that you retain proof of sending. The shipping cost of this is borne by the buyer.
