S6. EP13 / Chatting with Félix de Iturriaga about finances

I love seeing Elena's eyes sparkle every time we have the opportunity to chat with someone who is an expert in finance, organizational management and general management. However, I have to admit that in this episode I enjoyed listening to Félix de Iturriaga speak so clearly and fluently about his extensive experience as much as she did.

Félix has worked for companies such as Telefónica, Inditex and Quicksilver, leading teams of more than 800 people, supervising the results of more than 17 markets and more than 200 stores, and designing commercial strategies at all levels. However, paradoxically, he was unable to set up his own start-up, which was affected by the impact of Covid-19.

Great successes in the face of a possible defeat that, in reality, is nothing more than another learning experience along the way.
It is clear to us that starting out in fashion and staying in it is extremely complicated, but, as he himself told us, you have to dream. And we know a lot about that.
