WHAT TYPE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES ZUBI COLLECT?

ZUBI may collect the following personal information from website users through the corresponding forms: name, email address, postal address, telephone number and PCI DSS compliant credit card or account number ( provided by the customer in case of return) when the user visits the WEBSITE, registers, places an online order, contacts ZUBI or participates in ZUBI promotions or surveys.

In addition, ZUBI collects all information related to your browsing on the WEBSITE and your interaction with the brand.

All personal data that ZUBI collects come from the interested party, with the exception of contact information that may be provided to us by friends or family to send a gift voucher or other gift.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?

The personal data of the interested party will be processed for the following purposes as applicable:

• Manage and develop the registration on the WEB. Registration will involve the creation of profiles of the user's navigation on the WEBSITE. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP THE DATA?

ZUBI will store personal data only for the period of time reasonably necessary taking into account the needs to respond to questions that arise or resolve problems, make improvements, activate its services and comply with the requirements of applicable legislation. This means that you can retain personal data for a reasonable period of time even after the interested party has stopped using ZUBI services or has stopped using the WEBSITE. After this period, personal data will be blocked from all ZUBI systems.

Contract execution

The legal basis for the processing of the personal data of the interested party that is collected is the execution of the purchase and sale contract. ZUBI does not under any circumstances sell customer data to third parties.

HOW DOES ZUBI PROTECT PERSONAL DATA?

Right to file a claim: You have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

To process the request, we may ask you to prove your identity.

In order to offer you Klarna payment methods, at the time of payment, we may transmit to Klarna during the purchase process your personal data included in the contact form and order details, so that Klarna can evaluate whether You meet the requirements to access your payment methods and to adapt said payment methods to your profile. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Klarna's privacy policy. ”
