We wanted to focus this topic on the goals, the ones we set to grow our companies, and the importance of having an objective to aim for. Furthermore, these goals constantly mutate, because changes constantly assault us that make us drift and nothing can be predicted. Life and business lead us to make decisions or change directions and we have to be kind to ourselves, and forgive ourselves for mistakes that we are going to make no matter what.
