This year marks the 90th anniversary of Pastelerías Mallorca and the 9th of zubi, two figures to celebrate in style in a year in which we have decided to celebrate everything, every milestone, every step, every dream fulfilled.

This collaboration is based on our DNA, we use new technologies (such as digital printing and water-based cutting) to complement artisanal work where crafts and the product are king (such as 300g cotton fabric and flexible sheet butter). At zubi and in Mallorca we are very proud of our craftsmanship that is local but reaches the entire world. In zubi we take the images and bring them closer from remote places, and in Mallorca we travel through time and space, since a smell or a flavor has more power than any image when they reach our subconscious.

We are defined by the constant search for new products, new textures, new colors, not only as an evolution but as a personal goal. We want our teams and us to grow non-stop, learn and get excited about new things. Set goals without forgetting what has brought us to where we are, our heritage and our recognizable classics wherever they go.

Both brands are also family, within each one and now between us, and that is also an unbreakable pillar that defines us as people and as a business.

Additionally, we have worked hand in hand creating 2 new pastels that will recreate the trips that define the Morocco and Cherry prints.

ELENAZUBI CAKE

A cake in honor of Tokyo and the Japanese who go crazy for strawberries and cream. A fresh bite formed by a shortcrust pastry tartlet, whipped mascarpone, strawberries and pink pepper.

You can make a themed box with these cakes, or mix with all the ones we have available in the bakery, although we opt for a matching selection that includes cream puffs, raspberry eclaire and red fruit tartlets.

The strawberry cake is a limited edition that will run out along with the zubi boxes.

MERZUBI CAKE

A bite of pure Morocco, with a taste of souk and spices. A sophisticated cake that mixes flavors formed by a mini eclaire filled with cashew cream with cumin and sugared cashews.

You can make a themed box with these cakes, or mix with all the ones we have available in the bakery, although we opt for a matching selection that includes cookie tartlets, meringue cakes and white chocolate eclaire.

The cashew cake is a limited edition that will run out along with the zubi boxes.
