In our collaboration with Rígido, we have selected a few pieces from their collection, including this CaO Vermeil ring. It is an organically shaped piece that contrasts the polished element with the volume.
Vermeil is a jewelry technique that consists of coating a silver base with a thicker layer of gold. It differs from gold plating in that the latter does not use precious materials as a base.
These unique designs are handcrafted in Spain, in a region called Galicia known for its traditional craftsmanship. We are reviving this handcrafted way of working by collaborating with local artisans. We strive to offer durable, handcrafted pieces with unique and experimental designs.
