Our guest today is not only an entrepreneur whom we greatly admire, but she is also a friend and partner in this fashion war since our beginnings because, curiously, we started projects at the same time in 2012 and we have been growing very much in parallel.

Monti G. Benavides is the founder of Mint & Rose and a brave woman who, as Elena says, is “fuel” for us, a pure source of inspiration.

Since he came up with the idea for his project when he lived in California and worked in private banking until today, a lot has happened and we love the maturity with which Monti talks to us about those crazy beginnings of fairs, trips and stress in the face of more orders than you could almost handle, to the current moment in which decisions are made calmly.
